Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership within a QSR brand.
• Proven success improving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze P&L and identify trends.
• Experience coaching GMs on labor, execution, and team engagement.
• Skilled in audits, compliance, and brand standards enforcement.
• Food Safety Certification and valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems.
• High-volume QSR experience.
• Track record of building bench strength and internal promotions.
• Hands-on, high-energy leadership style.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-unit QSR operations and drive top-line sales and profitability.
• Develop and mentor store leaders to build a strong bench.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and operating procedures.
