Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a high-energy QSR District Manager to lead multiple quick service locations, drive sales, profitability and guest experience while building strong teams and shaping culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership, strong financial analysis skills, and a proven track record of coaching General Managers on labor, KPIs, and operational standards. Valid driver’s license and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial reports and identify profitability trends
• Food Safety Certification or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple quick service locations and drive sales, profitability, and culture.
• Partner with General Managers to create and execute actionable P&L improvement plans.
• Coach managers on labor efficiency, shift execution, and team engagement.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure health, safety, and brand standards compliance.
• Review budget performance, identify variances, and communicate action plans to senior leadership.

QSR District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership with a QSR brand
• Proven ability to analyze financial reports and identify trends that drive profitability
• Food Safety Certification

Must haves:

• Demonstrated success improving sales, guest satisfaction scores, and profitability across multiple locations

• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step into restaurants, assess operational gaps, and implement corrective strategies
• Experience partnering with marketing on local initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility

QSR District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
