Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a District Manager of QSR Operations to lead 3–5 locations with GM reports. This hands-on role requires significant drive-through experience and a track record in Quick Service Restaurants.

You will mentor teams, coach managers, and drive results across the district. Responsibilities include working alongside your direct reports in multiple locations, with days that can run long and include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong QSR leadership background managing 3–5 locations with GM reports.
• Significant drive-through experience is required.
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Astute business acumen and ability to teach, coach & drive results.
• Hands-on leadership style; not an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in locations directing and supporting your teams.

District Manager of QSR Operations

Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands‑on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3‑5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this.

You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.

District Manager Compensation

• Competitive base salary up to 90 base.
• Strong benefits package with health, dental, vision, STD and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

District Manager Requirements

• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• REQUIRES significant drive‑through experience
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands‑on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.

This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
