The role focuses on operations leadership, P&L management, food safety, labor planning, and guest satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on coaching and developing restaurant managers. Travel between locations is required to fulfill duties effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in the QSR industry.
• Experience managing multiple locations and leading restaurant management teams.
• Background in operations, P&L, food safety, labor management, and guest experience.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

Preferred

• Experience with a recognized QSR or fast-casual restaurant brand.
• Franchise operations experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
