Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a District Manager of QSR Operations to lead 3–5 locations with GM reports. This is a hands-on role requiring visible leadership across stores to drive sales, service and quality.

The ideal candidate has strong Quick Service Restaurant background, proven drive-through experience, and the ability to coach teams, manage operational standards, and schedule across days that may include weekends and holidays.

District Manager of QSR Operations

Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands‑on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3‑5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this.

You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.

District Manager Compensation

• Competitive base salary up to 90 base.

District Manager Requirements

• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• REQUIRES significant drive‑through experience
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands‑on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.

This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
