Job summary

Concentric LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering efficient daily store operations and outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, performance feedback, and staff disciplinary actions while ensuring accurate POS and inventory system usage.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum two years of managerial experience in a customer-service setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of managerial experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations and excellent customer service.
• Supervise employees, manage scheduling, and performance discipline.
• Utilize POS and inventory systems.
• Assist in hiring and termination decisions.
• Occasionally load vehicles for delivery and fabricate batteries/power supplies as needed.
