Job summary

Concentric LLC is seeking a District Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with assigned customers and to lead Technicians across multiple locations. You will report to the Regional Service Manager and oversee 2+ direct reports, ensuring service delivery aligns with customer needs and objectives.

The role emphasizes P&L management, KPI tracking, safety, and proactive account growth, while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence across the district.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Knowledge of service and repair for forklift or other automated equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and be primary point of contact.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of direct reports including merit reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of Concentric solutions and accuracy of work by technicians.
• Forecast and track KPIs and communicate progress to the internal team.
• Manage P&L for assigned accounts and growth opportunities.
• Onboard and integrate new customers and expand existing relationships.
