Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a District Manager to lead Field Store Teams across the Colorado market, driving top-line sales, margin, and expense control. You will coach, mentor, and develop store leaders while ensuring world-class service and product knowledge for customers.

You will manage multiple markets, build teams, and execute corporate initiatives with a focus on leadership development, performance management, and strategic resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years retail background including multi-unit supervision.
• Proven understanding of store operating standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong track record in driving top-line sales through customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive business sales and profits by executing corporate initiatives and coaching store teams.
• Build effective teams and succession plans; hire top talent.
• Set clear objectives for management on store standards, results, and development.
• Collaborate with partners to allocate resources and implement strategies.
• Coach managers to analyze metrics for efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Total Wine & More standards in service, operations, and merchandising.
• Lead vendor management, inventory, and merchandising activities.
• Develop market position through competitive analysis and reporting.
