Job summary

POP MART (09992.HK), a global leader in trend culture, seeks an experienced District Manager to lead multiple NYC retail locations. You will drive sales, operations, and customer experiences across the district while upholding POP MART’s brand.

Work with store managers and cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals, develop talent, and expand ROBO Shop initiatives. This is a fast-paced role requiring travel across the New York market and a strong focus on leadership and results.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit management across stores.
• Proven record of developing Store Managers and teams.
• Strong financial acumen in sales, payroll, and expenses.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the New York market.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operations.
• Coach Store Managers to improve leadership and execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop retail talent with succession plans.
• Monitor key metrics: sales, conversion, AOV, labor, shrink, inventory, customer experience.
• Partner with HR on staffing, performance, and development.
• Oversee ROBO Shop ops and ROBO Operators.
• Support new store openings, campaigns, and launches.
