POP MART is seeking an experienced District Manager, Retail Operations to lead multiple POP MART retail locations within the Boston market and broader North America region. You will drive sales performance, operational excellence, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences across the district while upholding POP MART's brand and culture.

As a strategic partner to Store Managers, you will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, manage district payroll and expenses, monitor key metrics,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven success in developing store managers and leadership teams.
• Strong financial management of sales, payroll, and expenses.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the New England region.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple stores to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Coach store managers to strengthen leadership and execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top retail talent.
• Monitor key metrics like sales, conversion, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure stores follow POP MART's visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Support new store openings and marketing campaigns.
