Job summary

POP MART is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple New York City retail locations, driving sales performance, operational excellence, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences across the district.

You will coach Store Managers, manage payroll and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, HR, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and our global HQ to support growth across North America.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, labor, and expenses.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NYC retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop Store Managers to strengthen leadership and execution.
• Oversee district payroll, labor budgets, and operating expenses while driving customer experience and brand standards.
