Job summary

BFS Foods in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee all assigned restaurants, drive financial performance, product quality, customer service standards, inventory, and staffing.

You will manage P&L, control COGS and labor, hire and develop general managers, and lead local marketing while ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to seven years of restaurant management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and lead teams.
• Proven track record in controlling COGS and labor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations for all assigned locations.
• Manage P&L to optimize profit, control COGS and labor.
• Ensure adherence to PRIDE system and routines.
• Hire, train and develop restaurant general managers.
• Drive local marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Support development of new stores as needed.
