Job summary

BFS FOODS INC is seeking a seasoned restaurant operations leader in Morgantown, WV to oversee multiple locations and drive financial performance, product quality, and customer service excellence. You will manage inventory, staffing, sales and marketing initiatives to meet company standards.

The role requires coordinating with the Director of Operations, implementing PRIDE procedures, and guiding general managers across locations to achieve business plans and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years of restaurant management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage and provide leadership to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage areas of each restaurant territory and make final decisions on matters of importance.
• Manage each restaurant’s P&L to optimize profit, control COGS, Labor, and Controllables as directed by the Director of Operations.
• Ensure that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for developing and achieving each restaurant’s business plan and goals with the Director of Operations.
• Ensure guest service in all areas meets company standards.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Organize local restaurant marketing and regional/national promotions to increase sales.
• Hire, train and develop restaurant general managers through orientation and performance reviews.
• Exercise good judgment in decision-making and reporting to the Director of Operations.
• Responsible for hiring and terminating all management staffing within state/federal guidelines.
• Support development of new stores as needed.
