Job summary

Talently is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-volume quick-service restaurants in the Columbus, Ohio market. You will lead Restaurant General Managers, drive operational consistency, and improve financial performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple locations.

As a hands-on leader, you will be highly visible in restaurants, mentor teams, and ensure accountability for results.

Qualifications

Multi-Unit Leadership experience leading multiple restaurant locations and coaching General Managers.
Strong P&L management, labor optimization, and cost-control skills.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing management teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop 5–7 Restaurant General Managers to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall financial performance across multiple locations.
Analyze P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and other metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety across all restaurants.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing General Managers and leadership teams.
Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and ongoing talent development.
Improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
