Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure each team fulfills their responsibilities, maintains guest satisfaction, and upholds Capstone standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in restaurants with 3–5 years in management, including multi-unit experience. Travel ~4–5 days weekly, and a strong focus on leadership, training, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures district restaurant teams are trained, motivated and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates QSC and provides coaching; conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follows up.
• Leads orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains and provides ongoing performance feedback to staff.
• Analyzes performance and initiates corrective actions when results deviate from plan.
• Supports marketing programs and local strategies.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
