Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit leadership across cafes/restaurants.
• Strong track record hiring and developing GMs.
• Hands-on P&L, labor, inventory, and cost control expertise.
• Willingness to spend significant time on-site with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead six cafe locations across San Francisco.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers.
• Own district revenue, labor, COGS, and profitability.
• Review P&Ls and scorecards; hold GMs accountable.
• Coach teams through visits; ensure safety and quality.
• Implement training and operating best practices.
• Support new location launches.
