Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants within an assigned area. You will guide restaurant leaders daily, provide direction, and drive targets for sales, labor, and food cost while fostering a culture of positivity and growth across sites.

You will build future leaders with Talent Mentors and ensure proper staffing levels, maintaining a fast-paced, energetic environment that aligns with our values and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
