Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years multi-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the success and profitability of stores while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control programs across the district.
• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the district.
• Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers to build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and expense management to meet company goals.
• Implement established processes ensuring operational consistency across the district.
• Promote safety and compliance with regular audits.
• Manage operational budgets and optimize store performance.
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Champion a customer-first mindset with high and consistent standards.
• Travel up to 50% with overnight stays as needed to oversee district operations.
