Job summary

Family Dollar in Miami Gardens, FL seeks a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the district. You will drive store profitability, customer service, safety, and compliance while mentoring store managers to achieve business objectives.

You will recruit and develop leaders, oversee merchandising and operations, manage budgets, and promote a customer-first culture. Expect up to 50% travel and occasional overnight stays to support district operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years multi-store experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to build an effective team.
• Ability to analyze, organize and present information and focus on results.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• HR and asset protection experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Process management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
