Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a District Manager to oversee the retail operations of multiple stores within District 5 onsite. The role focuses on store design, inventory integrity, pricing, merchandising, and policy adherence across locations.

You will work with Store Managers and corporate teams, drive annual sales goals, and develop blind or VI employment opportunities while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with five years relevant training.
• Advanced retail knowledge; military experience preferred.
• Five years of retail experience; proven managerial ability.
• Experience with cycle counting and annual inventories.
• Strong analytical and financial/merchandising skills; Hazmat a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple store operations including home store design and resets.
• Review analysis reports with Store Managers to drive actions.
• Ensure Base Supply Center SOPs meet high standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate training across retail locations and corporate level.
• Manage all store operations: ordering, pricing, merchandising, inventory.
• Oversee inventory programs: cycle counts, annual inventories, updates.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Accounting, IT, Purchasing, and E‑Commerce.
• Strive to improve sales, stock turns, and inventory integrity.
• Foster opportunities to increase blind/VI employment.
• Collaborate with BSC Sales and account managers to build team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
