Job summary

LCI seeks a District Manager to lead multiple retail stores in the district, ensuring top operational standards and alignment with corporate policies.

The role requires five years of retail experience, preferably in a military environment, with strong leadership, inventory management, and customer service capabilities. On-site, Monday–Friday, with performance-driven goals and close collaboration with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail experience, preferably in a military environment.
• Advanced retail knowledge and experience working with the military.
• Computer literate. Attention to detail. Strong cognitive skill, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis, and merchandising and inventory management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple store operations within the district and ensure home store standards.
• Review performance reports to determine corrective actions at each location.
• Ensure adherence to Base Supply Center SOPs and conduct district-level reviews.
• Train and develop store staff, including customer service, safety, and onboarding.
• Manage all aspects of retail operations: ordering, pricing, merchandising, inventory, safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory management programs and store appearance (end caps, displays, promos).
• Foster relationships with HR, accounting, IT, purchasing, and distribution.
• Drive annual sales, stock turns, and inventory integrity improvements.
• Create opportunities to increase blind/VI employees within operations.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers to sustain a strong team environment.
