Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a Store Operations role at the Base Supply store in Hurlburt, FL. The candidate will assist in overall store operation, supervise up to 15 personnel, and coordinate with store manager and corporate staff to meet sales and inventory goals.

Responsibilities include daily oversight of ordering, pricing, merchandising, inventory integrity, and safety, while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration with Receiving and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics or extensive retail management.
• Knowledge of sales or marketing is required.
• Experience managing subordinates is essential.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 personnel; communicate with store manager, corporate staff, customers and vendors.
• Oversee daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Maintain inventory integrity and adhere to pricing, merchandising, and reports.
• Coordinate with Receiving Coordinator and Customer Service for ordering and delivery.
• Ensure 98% on-shelf stock and support staff training to maximize store operations.
