Job summary

LCI in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a Store Manager for the Base Supply Store, responsible for the overall operation of the facility and ensuring efficient day-to-day functions on a military installation.

You will lead customer service, inventory management, merchandising, vendor coordination, and staff supervision, with attention to security, compliance, and mission requirements to support government customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with two years relevant training.
• DOD logistics systems knowledge; warehouse operations experience.
• Retail management experience in sales or marketing.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Base Supply Store.
• Customer service and interface are critical.
• Handle ordering, receiving, sales reconciliation, delivery coordination, merchandising, personnel administration, cleanliness.
• Brief visitors and explain store operation to increase business or establish new stores.
• Communicate with vendors; supervise Assistant Manager and up to ten CS personnel and up to three warehouse staff.
