LCI Brand is seeking a candidate to oversee the Base Supply Store operations at a location in the United States. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision, including a mix of military and civilian personnel.

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of DOD logistics systems or extensive retail management experience, with forklift familiarity and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Ideal candidate: recent military or civil servant with extensive knowledge of DOD logistics systems, warehouse operations experience, or retail management experience in sales/marketing.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors; strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily Base Supply Store operations.
• Deliver superior customer service and interface with customers and visitors.
• Manage ordering, receiving, sales reconciliation, delivery coordination and visual merchandising.
• Brief visitors on store operations and grow business by establishing new stores when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate with the Assistant Manager and other staff.
• Supervise Assistant Manager and up to ten customer service personnel and up to three warehouse/delivery personnel.
• Maintain a moderate office environment; ensure safety and adherence to policies; support weekly goals and monthly performance reviews.
