The role requires relocation readiness, strong leadership in retail/service, audit oversight, and payroll budgeting; offers extensive training, healthcare, 401(k) matching, PTO, and equity participation.

This position promotes from within with a clear career path and ongoing coaching; schedule is Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Relocation: future relocation ability is important for growth.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in a retail/service industry.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 5 Saturdays per year during peak season.
