Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations. You will drive sales, foster exceptional customer experiences, and maintain brand standards while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

You will grow the district by analyzing trends, coaching staff, and implementing operational improvements, with opportunities for internal advancement within the nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Relocation for growth opportunities is required.
• Experience leading non-exempt retail/service teams.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of customer-facing hourly front-line employees.
• Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management and safety standards.
• Manage delinquent tenant processes and reduce delinquencies.
• Conduct monthly property audits and uphold operational standards.
