Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a leader to recruit, develop and manage a front-line team across customer service, sales and operations. You will ensure assets are well-maintained, vendor relationships are strong and safety standards are met.

You will analyze district performance, drive growth, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires relocation flexibility and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience in retail, service, hospitality or related industry.
• Small to Medium Box Retail / Management experience preferred.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Weekend availability and occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing front line employees.
• Provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies through effective communication.
• Manage assets, vendor relationships, maintenance standards and safety compliance.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes including auctions and coaching to reduce delinquency.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
• Drive business using analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities in the district.
