Job summary

Subdued seeks a hands-on District Manager to join our North American team and lead our first multi-store operation. You will oversee two New York stores with a third opening soon, while preparing for expansion into Florida and other markets across the U.S.

You will partner with leadership to establish operational excellence, develop store leaders, and support openings as we grow the U.S. business. This role requires travel and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Strong background in fashion or specialty retail.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Store Managers.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including new markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Managers to drive sales and KPI results.
• Oversee two NY stores and support new store openings.
• Partner with leadership to expand into Florida and additional markets.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising across locations.
