Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Philadelphia is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow our Retail and Commercial market share across the district. You will guide General Managers, drive sales, and ensure profitable store operations while upholding integrity and exceptional customer service.

You will analyze P&L statements, coach the team, recruit and develop leaders, manage staffing, and ensure inventory and operational standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 GMs in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit setting
• Valid driver’s license and ASE certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals
• Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth in the market
• Recruit, hire, develop, and coach General Managers and Core 4 team members
• Maintain proper staffing levels across the district and execute inventory and operational standards
• Conduct store visits and provide action plans to reach market potential
• Review profit and loss statements with GM's to drive business results
• Communicate effectively with stores and support staff
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and team members
