Advance Auto Parts is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-unit retail district and drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee General Managers, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure adherence to store operations and financial goals.

The role requires strong people leadership, analytical skills with P&L literacy, and the ability to mentor teams across DIY and Commercial segments.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years leading a team of 10–20 General Managers
• Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets
• Experience managing profitability and business acumen

• Achieve or exceed district sales and profitability goals
• Grow commercial customer retention and relationships
• Hire, develop, coach and retain General Managers and Core 4 team
• Ensure proper staffing levels across the district
• Enforce inventory and operational standards district-wide
• Conduct regular store visits with actionable plans
• Review P&L statements with GM's to teach business acumen
• Communicate effectively with stores and support staff
• Foster diversity and a respectful work environment
• Assist region in other functions as needed
