Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 General Managers who supervise 10–30 Team Members.
• Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit environment.
• ASE certification or equivalent knowledge is mentioned as a background in mechanics/programs but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure commercial customer retention and relationship growth in the market.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and coach General Managers and Core 4 team members.
• Maintain staffing levels and operational standards across the district.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide actionable plans for market potential.
