Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager in the San Francisco area to lead a district of routes and, if needed, a service center. The role focuses on meeting Service goals, motivating a district team through training and regular meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position requires excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to manage route operations, inventory, and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English; good time management and teamwork.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be productive through training, meetings, daily check-ins, and relationships with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via customer visits, audits, and problem-solving.
• Manage retention and growth by soliciting new customers and promoting all lines of service for profitable mix.
• Lead district communications and policies, supervise route organization, and coordinate with other departments.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow all laws and company policy.
• Oversee a service center, inventory, deposits, and paperwork; ensure facility security.
