Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Concord, CA is seeking a District Manager to develop extraordinary Store Managers and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a multi-unit portfolio. You will plan strategies and ensure consistent execution while championing community and customer focus.

You will lead a growing team of leaders, coach Store Managers, and drive financial, operational and service excellence across stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores or units.
• 5+ years of management leading 6+ people with coaching.
• 3+ years in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment with retail/restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree or US military service may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level store strategies to meet financial and service goals.
• Direct a multi-store portfolio with consistent execution and leadership.
• Coach Store Managers to drive performance and customer experience.
