Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a District Manager to develop extraordinary Store Managers and create standout customer experiences across multiple Starbucks stores. You will direct a multi-unit portfolio, plan strategies, and ensure consistent execution while leading diverse teams who understand their markets and customers.

Key responsibilities include growing store performance, coaching Store Managers, and applying expertise on staffing, operations and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED. A college degree in business or related field may substitute for part of the required experience.
• 4+ years of US Military service may substitute for a portion of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of Starbucks stores by planning strategies and ensuring consistent implementation.
• Lead a team of Store Managers, coaching them to become strong leaders and owners of the business.
• Provide expertise on staffing, store operations, and adherence to company policies.
