Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a District Manager in the United States to develop extraordinary Store Managers, create exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across Starbucks stores within a multi-unit portfolio.

You will lead a team of leaders, coach store managers, and implement strategies that reflect the company’s commitment to people, quality, and value. You will manage a district with strong focus on staffing, operations, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores, with P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 5+ years of management leading a team of 6+ people with training and coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail/restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• High School or GED minimum; a college degree in business or 4+ years US Military service may substitute for experience.
