Job summary

Lidl seeks a District Manager to lead performance across multiple stores in Illinois, driving KPI results and coaching store teams toward excellence. Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of management experience OR at least 6 years of management experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into improvements in team routines and standards.
• Confident, decisive communication style and ability to motivate teams.
• Willingness to learn, hands-on approach, and lead on strategy and planning.
• Ability to lift/move heavy product (over 50 pounds) and work early/late shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and collaborate with Store Managers to set priorities and expectations.
• Own KPI results and drive improvements through data analysis and in-store coaching.
• Direct responsibility for performance in 3–5 stores with a team of 9–15 Store Managers/Asst. Managers.
• Create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
• Coordinate and implement new tests and projects to move the business forward.
