Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
• Must have a valid driver''s license to operate company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity for store management and report opportunities, results and trends
• Educate managers on controlling merchandise variation, wages, cash and other costs
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new products
• Provide feedback to category managers on stock issues and vendor performance
• Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets and analyze variances to drive financial objectives
• Recruit, select and orient staff; coach and develop employees; enforce safety policies
• Enforce compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash, merchandise variation and other controllable expenses to keep store profitable
