Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer, with reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and maintained to company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply fair management practices in hiring, training, counseling and motivating staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee training to ensure customer service and safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold periodic meetings.
• Organize and manage store files, reports and postings according to policy.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
