Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee retail operations, promotions execution, and cost control in our Tampa, FL locations. You will lead store managers, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3-5 years in retail with at least 2 years in management, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• A current valid driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity and report business opportunities, results, trends and competitive information to store management.
• Educate managers on procedures for controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure promotions and new product introductions are fully implemented.
• Provide feedback to category managers regarding stock issues and vendor performance.
• Lead and develop store managers, including recruitment, selection, orientation, and training programs.
