Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent mentoring and reporting to leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Empower and develop talent through coaching to maximize retention, development, and promotability of coworkers.
• Drive sales and gross profit targets across the district.
• Oversee district credit and collection targets and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Cultivate a positive, productive culture with exceptional customer service.
• Protect assets through audits, budgeting, and inventory control.
