Rent-A-Center in Allentown area is seeking a District Manager in Training to prepare to lead a district by developing skills to inspire Store Managers, drive operational excellence, and foster a diverse, winning culture across the market.

You will mentor teams, drive sales and profitability, and oversee store-level operations while traveling within the district. This role requires strong communication, decision-making, and a willingness to commit to a full-time schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to make confident decisions, resolve conflicts, and hire the right people to build an efficient team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and P&L budgeting skills to manage resources effectively.
• Outstanding speaking and writing abilities to mentor teams, document development plans, and report to the Regional Vice President.
• A valid state driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, including frequent weekend work, travel, and overnights.
