Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a District Manager-In-Training (MIT) to learn and grow within our nationwide Environmental Services program. You will rotate through districts, gaining hands-on and computer-based training to lead housekeeping, laundry, dining, and resident-focused services.

As part of the MIT program, you will develop leadership, budgeting, and operational skills while traveling up to 75% to manage accounts and ensure safety, quality, and exceptional resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare setting with supervision preferred.
• Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses (sanitation and safety) and identify issues.
• Ability to lead, direct, and support a diverse team with strong communication.
• Experience with P&L and budget management is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a track record of growth.
• Must submit to a motor vehicle check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and travel up to 75% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the MIT program to learn and grow within HCSG’s district operations.
• Manage multiple accounts in a territory according to policies and federal/state requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to housekeeping and ancillary staff.
• Maintain income, expenditures, and inventory records; assist payroll processes.
• Communicate directives between managers, administrators, and operational leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and infection control standards are met across sites.
• Ensure punctual attendance, positive customer and resident experiences, and travel as required.
