Job summary

Safelite is seeking a District Manager to drive long-term market strategy by leading a team of store leaders and overseeing all field sales and operations within the district.

You will report to a Regional VP and work to grow market share, enhance brand awareness, and ensure strong performance while maintaining a focus on a positive customer experience. A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of leadership experience are required, with auto aftermarket experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment; auto aftermarket experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques/expertise.
• Ability to lead through others and develop associates to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement the market vision and long-term plans to grow market share.
• Oversee P&L for the district, manage expenses and maximize profits.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to hit revenue and OD targets.
• Lead and engage a mobile workforce to ensure a great in-store customer experience.
• Travel up to 50% to partner with stores and leaders across regions.
