Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a District Manager to drive long-term market strategy by leading a team of store leaders. You will report to a Regional VP and oversee all field sales and operations within your district, building relationships with associates, customers and insurance agents.

You will develop and implement plans to grow market share while managing revenue and expenses, ensuring profitable store operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment; auto aftermarket experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques/expertise.
• Ability to lead through others and develop associates to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement the market vision with short and long-term plans to grow market share.
• Oversee P&L for the district and manage expenses to maximize profits.
• Lead and motivate a mobile workforce, fostering a positive customer experience in stores.
