Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Division Manager to lead the fire alarm and security division and drive growth within a vibrant national organization. You will manage a division team and back-office staff, owning budgets, P&L, and key metrics while promoting a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in division management within fire/security, a proven growth track record, and a degree in business or engineering. A $20k sign-on or relocation bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Division Management experience in fire and security.
• Proven track record of growing a business as a Division Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication across diverse groups.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• Understanding of P&L dynamics and financial drivers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fire alarm and security division.
• Develop and implement strategic growth strategy and budgets.
• Manage division P&L and cash flow targets.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and asset management.
• Foster a high-performance culture with annual reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards.
