Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager for Washington D.C. West to lead the national field team and growth of key accounts. You will source and vet provider/technician networks, perform site inspections, and collaborate with regional teams to expand business while meeting revenue targets.

This on-site role requires significant travel, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage budgets and customer relationships across a district within the DMG framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Strong strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness for significant on-site activity (90%) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians.
• Sourcing, vetting, and managing provider and technician networks.
• Respond urgently to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and revenue targets; manage travel and expenses within budget.
• Contribute to short-/long-term DMG strategies and RFP initiatives.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
