Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure guest satisfaction across your district. This role challenges you to develop talented leaders while delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, fun food and beverage environment.

You will mentor General Managers, uphold Wingstop’s vibrant culture, manage budget and operations, partner with marketing and recruiting, and analyze financial performance to grow sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12–18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen.
• Proficient in analyzing profit & loss, staffing, labor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.
