Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 18+ months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates need 12-18 months as Wingstop GM with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations, labor laws, food safety and local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor GMs and assistant GMs to drive engagement and operational success.
• Promote Wingstop culture across locations.
• Support teams to deliver guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Train and develop management staff, setting clear performance standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with company programs and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance and sales.
