Job summary

The GM will manage operations, mentor GMs, implement strategies, ensure compliance, and oversee financial performance including budgeting and EBITDAR.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 18+ months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal Wingstop GM path 12–18 months.
• Knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations, labor laws, food safety and local health regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis, staffing and business acumen for running a full unit.
• Experience with local store marketing and Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit
• Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office
