Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12-18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, staffing, and driving EBITDAR across locations.
• Experience with local store marketing and use of technology systems including Microsoft Office.
